SAN FRANCISCO — Spurred by demand from Chipotle and other clients, Colorado's Messner Reeves has opened up shop in Los Angeles.
The Denver-based firm broke into downtown L.A. with two partners, two associates and an of counsel. Most of those lawyers are now splitting their time between Denver and Los Angeles, but three will eventually be based in California, said partner Bruce Montoya, who manages litigation for Messner Reeves. The office will focus on litigation, intellectual property, real estate and corporate work.
