Finding parties or witnesses or skip-tracing debtors is an ongoing challenge for legal professionals; often the task is consigned to outside agencies to speed the process. Any database can give you multiple hits on the same “person,” especially if it’s a common name. You will need to differentiate among them to determine which record pertains to your target, which are duplicates or prior records for your target, and which are completely unrelated.
