Santa Clara University School of Law is honoring Almudena Bernabeu with the Katharine and George Alexander Law Prize for lawyers who have used their legal careers to help alleviate injustice and inequity. Almudena is the international attorney and director of the Transitional Justice Program at The Center for Justice and Accountability. She graduated from University of Valencia School of Law in 1995.

Farella Braun & Martel has named partner Stephanie Skaff chair of its intellectual property litigation department. Skaff handles complex litigation matters, including patent, copyright, trade secret, licensing, antitrust and other complex commercial disputes. She received her J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 1995.
