SAN FRANCISCO — Greenberg Traurig has rejected allegations of professional negligence in its work for Heller Ehrman before the San Francisco firm’s dissolution, claiming it was just doing what it was told.

The bankrupt firm’s estate sued Greenberg Traurig in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Francisco last October, arguing that Greenberg had concealed a serious conflict of interest when it agreed to represent Heller in the months leading up to its dissolution.
