Leah Harhay has joined Jones Day as of counsel in the international litigation and arbitration practice. Harhay previously was in private practice working with international tribunals, experts and law firms to provide legal analysis, damages calculation and secretariat services in English, Spanish and French. She graduated from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2002.
Nixon Peabody has added Tonie Bitseff as counsel. Bitseff, formerly with Marin Legal, is an ERISA lawyer with experience in HIPAA, COBRA and health plan compliance. She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 1996 and her LL.M. in taxation from University of Washington School of Law in 1998.
