Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has added Julie Bahret as counsel to its real estate finance and capital markets team. Bahret previously worked for the commercial mortgage servicing group at Wells Fargo on the modifications team. She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1990.
Kristina Lawson has joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips as a partner. Lawson, formerly of Miller Starr Regalia, is a member of the real estate and land use practice. She graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002.
