SAN FRANCISCO — The Furth Firm may have shuttered a while back, but the battles over its profits just won’t go away.

This time around, firm founder Frederick Furth is being sued by his step son. Ben Furth claims in a 13-page complaint that his father owes him more than $2.5 million for work he did as an attorney at The Furth Firm.
