Haynes and Boone has added Mark Erickson to its Orange County office as a partner. Erickson, a member of the business litigation practice group, was the founding partner of Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli. He received his J.D. from Hastings College of Law in 1982.
Robert (Bob) Gerber has been appointed to the San Diego County Bar Association’s board of directors. Gerber assumes the position on the board created by the resignation of Vice President Tina Fryar, and will serve the one-year remainder of her three-year term. Gerber, a partner at Sheppard, Mullin , Richter & Hampton’s Del Mar office, focuses on intellectual property, entertainment litigation, and professional liability litigation. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1988.
