Washington, D.C.-based Zwillinger Genetski has added Jennifer Granick as senior counsel in its San Francisco office. Granick, formerly civil liberties director at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and executive director of Stanford Law School’s Center for Internet and Society and Cyberlaw Clinic, received her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1993.

Annette Parent has joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner. Parent, who was previously with Townsend and Townsend and Crew, focuses on patent counseling, prosecution, opinions and transactional due diligence in the areas of biologics and life sciences. She graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1996.
