Moderator James Carroll is general counsel for Matsunichi, a California-based consumer electronics company with manufacturing facilities in China and headquarters in Hong Kong.
He is currently chairman of the board and president of the Bay Area chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. He previously was general counsel of Cyberhome Entertainment, another California-based consumer electronic company with headquarters in Taiwan and factories in China. Carroll has also served as general counsel for Clear Cross, an international enterprise software company focused on supply chain logistics.
