Clark Hill has expanded into Boulder, Colorado, by combining with LaszloLaw, a three-lawyer corporate and litigation firm focusing on the food, beverage and hospitality industries.
The Boulder office, which the firm aims to grow, is the Am Law 200 firm’s 28th.
