Anne Redcross Beehler has joined Holland & Knight as a litigation partner in its Newport Beach office. She was previously a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Beehler represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of matters. Her civil experience includes partnership disputes, corporate governance disputes, complex contract and fraud matters, theft of trade secret cases, claims under the state and federal securities laws and qui tam and whistleblower actions. Much of Beehler’s litigation practice focuses on the real estate industry, representing lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, REITs and individuals in a range of disputes concerning real property. Her criminal law practice includes handling state and federal matters from the investigation stage through trial.

Sidley Austin announced that Kevin Rubino has rejoined the firm as a partner in its San Francisco office after serving as assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of California. While at the U.S. Attorney’s office, Rubino spent nearly four years prosecuting a wide range of federal offenses in the criminal division, including wire fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, cybersecurity, and trying numerous jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s office, Rubino was a partner at Sidley working on a range of civil commercial litigation matters with a particular focus on technology companies. His practice also included white-collar defense and investigations.
