Known for handling complex e-discovery issues in a wide range of areas, Mancari has led the e-discovery component of numerous large and highly leveraged matters involving food and drugs, life sciences, technology, health care, insurance, and antitrust, in both individual matters and multidistrict litigations/coordinated proceedings. She has experience in technology assisted review, AI review platforms, and other cutting edge e-discovery technologies. She provides clients with strategic advice on complex e-discovery issues, including spoliation, discovery motions, and complicated data sources.
