Philadelphia-born Am Law 200 firm Saul Ewing has merged with Southern California’s Freeman Freeman & Smiley, in a move that adds about 100 legal professionals, including 50 attorneys, and two offices in Los Angeles and Orange County, California.
With the combination, Saul Ewing now has more than 400 attorneys and 18 offices on both coasts and the Midwest.
