Florida renters Priscilla and Patrick Parker are just some of the tenants financially impacted by what they say is a price-fixing scheme via revenue management software that violates Florida and federal antitrust laws.

They and other renters have joined a proposed class action removed from Florida’s Southern District Court to Tennessee federal court against property management software company RealPage Inc. and more than 25 landlords and management companies.
