Levi Strauss & Co.’s legal chief Seth Jaffe is retiring this summer after 26 years at the iconic San Francisco-based clothier, and deputy general counsel David Jedrzejek will step into his shoes on June 2.

Jedrzejek has been in-house at the company for seven years, most recently running its commercial legal department. He was previously chief counsel for its corporate finance, governance and compliance teams.
