FTX attorneys in Delaware and the Bahamas said during a virtual hearing Wednesday they’re prepared to have a full evidentiary hearing in January if they can’t agree on what information the Bahamian liquidators of the crypto exchange may access.

The brief hearing primarily addressed a motion, filed by the joint provisional liquidators a court in the Bahamas has appointed to liquidate FTX assets, that claims U.S. bankruptcy attorneys haven’t been willing to provide the amount of internal company information liquidators need to properly do their job.
