United Services Automobile Association must be pretty happy about its partnership with Irell & Manella.

The firm won separate jury verdicts of $200 million and $102 in million in 2019 and 2020 for patent infringement against Wells Fargo Bank. On Friday, USAA and Irell rode the same mobile check-cashing patents to a $218.5 million jury verdict against PNC Bank in the same Eastern District of Texas court.
