McDermott Will & Emery is representing Elon Musk as he makes a bid to purchase all outstanding common shares of Twitter for $54.20 per share, or roughly $43 billion, according to an SEC filing from Wednesday.
Currently, Musk is the largest single shareholder in the social media company with 9.2% ownership.
