As the forecast for a rise in securities enforcement hits the West Coast, Loeb & Loeb said Monday it hired partners Devin Donohue and Thomas Lombardi in Los Angeles.

Donohue, who focuses on trade secrets, securities and SEC enforcement, and Lombardi, who brings expertise in real estate litigation, join the firm from Cozen O’Connor. The pair previously practiced at Los Angeles boutique Lombardi & Donohue for about two decades until its closure in 2020.
