Lawyers from Dentons have stepped in as defense counsel to PayPal Holdings in a pending breach-of-contract class action. The case, which accuses PayPal of unilaterally seizing funds from its clients’ financial accounts, was filed Jan. 13 in California Northern District Court by the Bensamochan Law Firm Inc. and Schreiber & Schreiber Inc. The case, assigned to U.S. District Senior Judge Maxine M. Chesney, is 3:22-cv-00248, Evans et al. v. PayPal Inc.
