Pomerantz LLP filed a securities class action Friday in California Northern District Court against biotech company Revance Therapeutics Inc. and its top officer. The suit accuses the defendants of failing to disclose quality control deficiencies at one of Revance’s manufacturing facilities. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-09585, Aramic LLC v. Revance Therapeutics, Inc. et al.
