A Wisconsin edge computing company is alleging that an innovative tech consulting company helped itself to more than equity in exchange for its engineering talent.

Swoop Search LLC asserts in a complaint filed Friday that San Francisco-based Sweat Equity Partners used confidential information it gleaned during a two-year consulting engagement to transform one of its own portfolio companies, TurbineOne LLC, into a competitor.
