K&L Gates brought on Goodarz Agahi as a partner in the corporate department. Agahi’s clients include a range of various industries and he counsels corporations on tax issues. Previously, he was at Baker & Hostetler, and will split time between the Orange County and Los Angeles offices.

Baker & Hostetler brought on three partners in California: Robert Julian in complex commercial litigation, Cecily Dumas in business restructuring and insolvency, and Kimberly Morris in the white-collar, investigations and securities enforcement and litigation team. Previously, Julian and Morris were partners at Winston & Strawn, and Dumas was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. All three partners are based in Northern California.
