Two weeks after welcoming a six-lawyer team from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Morrison & Foerster has returned to its Bay Area-based rival for life sciences licensing attorney Scott Carter, who re-joins his former colleagues as of counsel in San Francisco.

Carter’s move to MoFo follows the group of intellectual property litigators led by partners Stefani Shanberg and Jennifer Schmidt, who joined the firm’s San Francisco headquarters in late May.
