SAN FRANCISCO — A fired information-technology worker in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California has sued the office claiming that she was discriminated against because of her race, sex, national origin and military service.

According to a complaint filed Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Rachelle Guli worked in the U.S. attorney’s office as a systems manager from Aug. 10, 2014, to Jan. 8, 2015. Guli, a gay, married woman of Filipino descent, claims that her supervisor, Brian Wickett, made derogatory remarks about her.
