SACRAMENTO — A Los Angeles judge told lawyers on Tuesday that he’s inclined to send Joe Dunn’s lawsuit against the State Bar of California to arbitration.

But after an hourlong hearing, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff declined to issue an immediate, final ruling, saying instead that he would take the matter under submission until Friday, according to two attorneys on opposing sides of the complaint who were in the courtroom.
