SAN FRANCISCO — A few days after issuing a rare TRO blocking an overseas injunction due to FRAND commitments, U.S. District Judge Gregory Sleet of the U.S. District Court in Delaware has dissolved it, saying the order was issued erroneously.
The ruling clears the way for Vringo Inc. to resume enforcing an injunction against ZTE Corp.’s 4G/LTE smartphones and infrastructure in Romania.
