SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers for iGate Technologies Inc. have fired back at a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a former senior lawyer at the India-based information-technology outsourcing company.

Karetha Dodd resigned as iGate’s top U.S. lawyer in 2013 and has accused iGate Global general counsel Mukund Srinath of repeatedly propositioning her for sex.
