Olufunke O. Leroy joined the Philadelphia office of Fox Rothschild as an associate in the firm’s real estate department.
Leroy is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on commercial real estate.
She handles zoning and land use, title and survey review, real estate financing and transactions, landlord-tenant matters and property tax assessment appeals.
She was previously an associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr.
Leroy was previously a law clerk to Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland and a judicial extern to U.S. District Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke of the District of Delaware.
She is a 2015 Widener University School of Law graduate.

Eastburn and Gray’s Erin K. Aronson, an attorney in the firm’s litigation practice group, will serve on the editorial board of Civil Litigation Update, the newsletter of the civil litigation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Aronson practices in the areas of litigation, real estate, labor and employment and banking law at Eastburn Gray.
She earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
Prior to practicing law, Aronson’s career focused on public service in both state government and politics.
Flaster Greenberg shareholder Steven S. Poulathas was appointed as the chair of the firm’s business and corporate law practice group, which encompasses the tax, mergers and acquisition, trust and estates and health care practice areas.
In addition to serving as a member of the firm’s board of directors, he works with his family-owned and closely held business clients guiding them with strategic tax plans, merger and acquisition transactions, and estate and asset protection planning.
Alan W. Wong was elected a partner of Kleinbard LLC.
Wong joined Kleinbard in 2010 as an associate in the business and finance department.
He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on middle market businesses; corporate finance; venture capital investments; joint ventures; and general corporate matters, including negotiation of executive employment agreements, business formation and commercial transactions.
He represents clients across a wide variety of industries, including the telecommunications, electronic security, technology, health care and manufacturing industries.

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorneys Eric Athey and Denise Elliott are scheduled Legal Updates 2018 presenters at the Greater Pottstown Society for Human Resource Management’s meeting on Thursday at the Brookside Country Club in Pottstown.
Athey provides counseling and representation to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance assistance with laws such as the Affordable Care Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and wage-and-hour laws.
