The Enron-Arthur Andersen scandal has brought home to Philadelphia-area attorneys the value and the need to preserve computer evidence for use in litigation. Yet a recent survey of major Philadelphia law firms, performed by e-4n6 Inc., found that a mere 19 percent of attorneys in the Philadelphia area use digital evidence in their cases.
