Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry‘s state and local tax practice chair Stewart M. Weintraub again served as the overall chair of the American Bar Association/Institute for Professionals ­advanced tax seminars, an annual ­conference that brings the latest state and local tax updates to tax professionals nationwide.

Weintraub led the organization of the annual conference and also moderated a panel during a joint session of the income tax portion and sales-and-use tax portion titled, “Illegal or Just Frowned Upon? An Exploration of Black, White and Gray Areas” and a panel at the property tax portion titled, “Ethics for Property Tax Lawyers and Consultants.”
