Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young‘s Joseph J. McHale presented at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia‘s Philadelphia College of Pharmacy‘s 38th annual symposium about advances in pharmacy practice March 5.

His panel, “Updates in Pharmacy Law,” discussed the elements of professional negligence, the duties imposed upon pharmacists by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, concepts of malpractice and errors related to physician prescribing.
