Amazon and the University of Pennsylvania have agreed to settle claims brought by the family of a deceased student who committed suicide using cyanide she bought through the online retail giant.

According to documents recently filed with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, the settlement was reached during mediation, and the terms are confidential. On Wednesday, Philadelphia Judge Matthew D. Carrafiello granted a joint motion seeking to file the settlement for the court’s approval under seal.
