Headquartered in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Penn National Gaming is an operator of casino and racing facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Penn went public in 1994 on the strength of a single racetrack in central Pennsylvania. Today, Penn’s subsidiaries own or operate 26 racing and gaming facilities in 17 jurisdictions, with approximately 20,000 employees. Penn’s facilities feature about 33,400 gaming machines, 800 table games, 4,548 hotel rooms and 10 million feet of square footage. While Penn National Gaming may be best known for its “Hollywood Casino” brand, blending modern amenities with a classic art deco design, Penn has entered the social gaming scene with its launch of Hollywoodcasino.com and acquisition of Rocket Games, Inc.

Carl Sottosanti, executive vice president and general counsel, oversees the legal department at Penn National Gaming.
