Philadelphia Parking Authority

Rep. Stephen Kinsey, D-Philadelphia, said he intends to introduce legislation that would end state control of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, which regulates the operation of taxis and limousines in the city. Under Kinsey’s proposal, state control of the PPA would expire June 30, 2018.
