Damages do not automatically follow a finding of a Dragonetti Act violation, the Pennsylvania Superior Court has ruled.

In a published opinion issued June 24, a three-judge appeals court panel unanimously affirmed a jury’s finding that Blank Rome and longtime client St. Luke’s University Health Network improperly pursued claims against family members of former patients who sued the hospital alleging serial killer Charles Cullen murdered their loved ones while working there as a nurse.
