Blank Rome partner Matthew D. Lee received the 2016 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Excellence Award at PLAN’s award ceremony March 15 in Harrisburg.
Lee was nominated by Philadelphia VIP for his work on behalf of its clients, particularly homeowners facing civil forfeiture actions in Philadelphia.
