Stevens & Lee’s professional liability insurance carrier has sued the firm in federal court, alleging that firm failed to report information that would have hiked its insurance premiums.

The lawsuit additionally requests a declaratory judgment on whether the insurer, Westport Insurance Corp., has to defend Stevens & Lee and a former shareholder, William C. Uchimoto, from claims stemming from a bankruptcy court case in Delaware.
