A jury in Philadelphia federal court has handed up a guilty verdict Feb. 5 on all charges in former Fox Rothschild lawyer Herbert Sudfeld’s insider-trading trial.

The verdict was announced after four days of trial and three-and-a half hours of deliberation. U.S. District Judge Cynthia Rufe of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania did not immediately schedule a sentencing date.
