The RICO case brought by Aluminium Bahrain against Victor Dahdaleh, alleging that he conspired with Pittsburgh-based Alcoa to inflate the cost of raw materials required to make aluminum, must go to arbitration in London, a federal judge in Pittsburgh has ruled.

Dahdaleh can enforce the arbitration clauses, requiring disputes to be arbitrated in London, included in two contracts that Aluminium Bahrain signed for the procurement of raw materials, U.S. District Senior Judge Donetta W. Ambrose of the Western District of Pennsylvania held. She referred to the Bahraini company as Alba.
