Cozen O’Connor saw increases in its key financial metrics in 2012 thanks to strength in nearly all of its core practice areas, the firm said.

Gross revenue increased 5.6 percent from $294 million in 2011 to $310.5 million in 2012. The firm’s revenue per lawyer (RPL) rose 4.3 percent from $585,000 to $610,000 and the profits per equity partner (PPP) increased 8.4 percent from $655,000 to $710,000. Average compensation for all partners rose 5.9 percent from $510,000 to $540,000.
