Plaintiff law firm Volpe & Koenig, P.C. represented defendant National Sales & Supply, Inc. in 2011 pursuant to a fee agreement. NSS failed to pay V&K money due under the agreement and V&K filed a claim against NSS for breach of contract, requesting damages and interest in the amount of $23,128. V&K named Richard Blum, an officer of NSS, as codefendant in his personal capacity.
