If a recent U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit decision, new EEOC guidelines and rejection of a 70-year-old law partner’s “mandatory retirement” are any indication, perhaps “old guys” are getting their revenge for age discrimination at work.

At 5:30 p.m. Sunday on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, The American Law Journal begins its 23rd season with “Maybe Old Guys Do Rule: The Latest in Age Discrimination.” Joining host Christopher Naughton is employer attorney Anthony Haller of Blank Rome, EEOC attorney Mary Tiernan and employee counsel Scott Goldshaw of Salmanson Goldshaw.
