The state Supreme Court suspended indicted Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge Robert Mulgrew in a one-page per curiam order issued Wednesday.
The order states that Mulgrew is “hereby relieved of any and all judicial and administrative responsibilities as a judge of the Philadelphia Traffic Court.”
