A Philadelphia personal injury firm is now poised to spar in federal court with one of its former attorneys over her firing.
A South Carolina federal judge has transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania a suit filed against Feldman & Pinto by one of its former lawyers who alleges, among other claims, that the firm had libeled her to clients following her departure.
