Two years have passed since Wolf Block partners voted to dissolve the firm March 23, 2009, and the defunct firm’s outside lawyers and wind-down committee are still trying to collect money from former partners, work out deals with creditors and respond to suits by vendors and former attorneys.

Although the firm’s representatives have often said Wolf Block is close to officially winding down all of its affairs and dissolving the wind-down committee, months continue to pass and new suits get filed. The firm is in the midst of litigation with partners and former clients that needs to be resolved before it can officially close its doors.
