Gregg W. Marsano has joined Rubin Fortunato & Harbison as an associate. Marsano will focus on employment litigation in the areas of restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements.
He previously worked at Dechert and also served as a deputy attorney general with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
