It may seem a bit foolhardy to open a new business in today’s recession-weary economy, but according to Francine Friedman Griesing, if the business is a boutique law firm, it makes perfect sense.

Griesing, a former shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, announced on March 5 the opening of Griesing Law, a woman-owned and operated firm geared toward the hospitality and food service industries, with additional focuses on commercial litigation, business and employment law and alternative dispute resolution.
