Applying principles of general jurisdiction to defendants’ Rule 12(b)(2) motions to dismiss, the court found that plaintiffs had made a prima facie showing that two of the foreign defendants, Cadbury plc and Cadbury Holdings Ltd., controlled Cadbury USA to such an extent that it acted as their alter ego. Motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction granted in part, denied in part.
